Senior, remember!
- drink water before you start to feel thirsty,
- drink small amounts of water regularly throughout the day,
- limit the consumption of liquids that have a dehydrating effect, e.g. coffee, black tea,
- eat fruit and vegetables - they are a great source of water,
- avoid carbonated drinks that inhibit the feeling of thirst,
- take your medications only with water,
- always keep a glass of water or a water bottle at hand.
