Water is the most important element for the functioning of a human body. That is why maintaining the quality of the tap water is of significant importance. We make every effort to ensure the highest quality of the tap water. In 2016 we received the “Highest Quality Product” award in the “Highest Quality – Quality International” (Najwyższa Jakość Quality International) programme for the water supplied to the residents of Krakow.

Water is supplied to your taps through the network system that is over 2,325 km long. Then it undergoes a multi-stage treatment process. Our Central Laboratory monitors the water in order to guarantee its safety.

Our employees perform ca. 100 thousand water analyses per year and our Central Laboratory is a top performer in terms of the methods used.
